Level tow is designed for Intermediate Krav Maga students and splitted in two parts.
1st Part: In this class our students will sharpen the basic techniques and to allow them to further expand their foundation of Krav Maga defensive technics based on UKM-Syllabus. Students will continue to refine strikes, defenses against strikes by sparring sessions and more advanced selfdefense techniques involving defense against weapons such as pistol and sticks. All techniques will be trained and tested not only by stress drills but also by multiple attacker scenarios and also involve grappling-/sparring sessions. Students training an average of two or three times per week should expect to complete 1st part of Level 2 UKM self-defense curriculum in three to nine months and be ready to test for 2nd Part of Level 2.
2nd Part: The second part is designed to broaden their skill sets combined by sparring and grappling sessions. In addition to refining tactics and techniques learned in previous levels, students encounter high-threat weapon defenses (as of cold weapons such as baton- and knife attacks and also threats by hot weapons such as pistols) and learn more advanced ground fighting techniques. All techniques will be trained and tested not only by stress drills but also by multiple attacker scenarios and grappling-/sparring sessions. This part includes first sessions Weapon-Handling Basics, how to handle a hot weapon (Pistol). Students training an average of two to three times per week can expect to complete the level 2 curriculum in 12 months before testing for UKM Level 3.
